What if the product I received is defective?

Consumers have the right to return a defective item within a reasonable time from discovering the defect, but no more than 1 year from the discovery of the defect itself. Defects can be considered as such when they can be traced back to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear or aging.

Upon receipt of your defect notice, we will determine whether or not the defect is covered by commercial or legal warranty. If we determine that the defect is covered by commercial or legal warranty, we will offer you one of the following options (at our discretion), at no cost to you: (i) repair, (ii) redelivery of a new product, (iii) price reduction, or (iv) refund. We are responsible for the costs of return shipping. If, however, you have already returned the product to us and we have determined that the warranty does not apply, you are responsible for the costs associated with that return and any further shipping to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each lamp is carefully produced, assembled, and packaged in our studio once we have received your order, becoming a unique piece created especially for you. To guarantee this excellence, your order will be ready for shipment in 3-5 business days. Thank you for your patience!

What type of light source is suitable?

Our lamps must only be used with LED light sources, with an E27 base and a maximum power of 8W. For further information, please consult the instruction booklet.
