Refund policy
Our return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must have all the tags and must be contained in the original packaging. In addition, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we will be able to evaluate the problem and make sure to solve it.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day reflection period for the European Union
Even if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must have all the tags and must be contained in the original packaging. Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 10 working days you will receive the automatic refund through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or company that issued the credit card to process and make the refund visible.
